CREATE A CERTIFICATE

Certificates are another way of engaging with students automatically. To create one, navigate to Certificates under Engagements on the Admin Dashboard.

Click on the top right of the screen to be navigated to the Certificate creation.

You’ll need to add a title for your certificate as well as content to show on it. You can add specific dynamic values such as the student’s email and name by clicking on the Merge Codes button and choose what you want from the dropdown list.

We advise you to set the alignment of text to center so that it can be easily read and presented by students after acquisition.

Then, you’ll need to add a title and background image for your certificate. You can preview the certificate by clicking on Preview on the top right of the screen.

After creating the certificate, you need to also create an engagement to make it trigger after a certain milestone is reached.
