Another way of using Engagements is to send emails to students after they complete a lesson, enroll into a course etc. This is a useful way to send extra information to users and give them access to extra learning material.

To start making an email engagement, click on Emails under Engagements in the Admin Dashboard.

Here, you’ll have to add a Title and then start writing your email. You can add links, media like images and video as well as use dynamic types like the user’s email, name etc via the Merge Codes button.

After finishing your email’s content scroll down to settings and fill the appropriate information just like you’d do with a classic email.

Always remember that you need to create an engagement afterwards and set the trigger for the email. You’ll find your freshly created email engagement under the Select Engagement option.
